Nothing special. Just a OGG that has been XOR by 0xFF and renamed to *.UM3.
Those names... Not even sure if they are the "offical names". I'd rather find the Japanese ones but this appears to be a game engine called "Bruns". Unless there are more custom extensions. Might make this page redirect to the engines page and list file details there.
