BS

This may be a common PlayStation format. Probably most well known from the resident evil games as they were used to stored the background images. Usually bunched up together in a single file and then renamed *.BSS.

I found a tool a long time ago that can convert this format into a more well known format. I can use this to reverse the format to document it. Actually... no need. Found source. Feels like cheating but... oh well.
